About the Leader3 Leadership Training Managing Director

Andrew Sisley

The Leader3 Online Leadership Training Program was created by Andrew Sisley and inspired by 15 years of experience in retail and product marketing management.

From the age of 19, Andrew had to rely on intuition and day-to-day experience to lead teams of up to 150 people.

Through Andrew’s experiences working up the management ladder he came to recognise the importance of supporting practical experience with relevant and focussed leadership training to enhance leadership skills and aid professional development.

This conviction has shaped the development and production of the Leader3 online leadership training program.
