Managing Your Manager Unit 2 of the Leader3 Online Leadership Training Program increases your understanding of your manager’s behaviour and working style by taking you through an interactive reflection activity, called a Manager Profile Indicator (MPI) activity.

This activity asks you a series of questions relating to three key areas of understanding your manager: your manager’s conduct, what and how they communicate, and their perspective.
