Leader 3 Online Leadership Training Program Terms of Use
1. Subscription period for the Leader3 Online Leadership Training Program
The subscription period for the Leader3 online leadership training program is 6 months from the date the learner personally activates their account.
During this period the learner has full access to the online leadership training program and all of its features and all materials can be printed for future personal reference.
2. Leader3 Online Leadership Training Program extension policy
Leader3 can, at its discretion, arrange an extension to the online leadership training program under special circumstances.
Leader3 will, however, not be obliged under any circumstances to extend the period of a learner’s enrolment if the learner has not completed the online leadership training program in the allocated time.
Once the allocated time for the online leadership training program has ended, the learner will no longer be given access to the program material.
3. Payment for the Leader3 Online Leadership Training Program
By accepting these terms you agree to pay the Leader3 online leadership training program fees as listed for the orogram by the payment method you have selected under this Program Enrolment Agreement.
Upon receipt of the Program Fee as determined in your Program enrolment agreement, Leader3 agrees to:
- provide login details to access your online Program Materials and Assessments
- issue a Certificate of Attainment upon completion of your enrolment as applicable
Leader3 reserves the right to withhold / suspend access to your online leadership training program in the event that payment is not received in full by the payment method you have selected under this Program Enrolment Agreement.
4. Leader3 Online Leadership Training Program refund policy and guidelines
If a learner withdraws before the commencement of the online leadership training program, Leader3 may, at its discretion, provide a refund of the fees. If a refund is provided, a cancellation fee of 25% of full program fees will be withheld.
Once a learner has enrolled and commenced the online leadership training program by logging into their account, they will not be entitled to a refund.
In the case of a learner who wishes to withdraw from the online leadership training program due to extreme circumstances, Leader3 may, at its discretion, provide a refund of the fees.
The following conditions will apply:
- the individual concerned will be required to produce satisfactory evidence of the circumstances of his/her withdrawal
- a cancellation fee of 25% of full program fee will be withheld
- withdrawal must take place prior to the expiration of the program
- a Leader3 Certificate of Attainment will NOT be granted if a refund is issued
Leader3 has a policy to act fairly and reasonably at all times.
5. Limitation of liability
The information provided on this website is believed to be accurate, but is in no way guaranteed. Leader3 accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly result from any information, advice, opinion, representation or omission, negligent or otherwise, contained on this website.
